摘 要:目的评价洗手行为的健康教育干预效果,为日后农村改水改厕地区健康教育干预模式提供依据和方法。方法采用随机抽样的方法,对四川省名山区、安居区、达县3个项目地区进行基线和干预后的终期调查,评价干预效果。结果经过几年的健康教育干预,用水洗手方面,村民在吃早饭前、给孩子喂饭前、便后、给孩子擦屁股后以及其他情况下与粪便接触后共6种关键事件洗手行为有显著性提升(P<0.01),在校学生的便后洗手行为有显著性提升(P<0.01);用皂洗手方面,村民用皂洗手率改变不大(χ2=0.05,P>0.05),在校学生便后用皂洗手率有显著性提升(χ2=4.36,P<0.05)。结论该洗手行为干预模式取得了一定效果,尤其是针对学生的干预模式,可在农村改水改厕地区推广应用。Objective To evaluate the health education effect of hand-washing behavior in rural areas with improving drinking water and lavatories,and to provide scientific basis for health education. Methods With random sampling,the villagers from 3 counties of Mingshan,Anju and Daxian were intervened and surveyed,and the effectiveness was evaluated. Results After years of health education,habits of hand-washing before breakfast,feeding child before meals,after using the toilet,after wiping children,contacting with feces on villagers were improved in general( P〈0. 01); the hand-washing behavior of the students in school after using the toilet improved in general( P〈0. 01); the rates of hand- washing with soap in villagers did not improved in general( χ2= 0. 05; P〉0. 05),the rates of washing hand with soap in the students in school were improved in general( χ2= 4. 36,P〈0. 05). Conclusion The targeted hand-washing behavior intervention model has achieved certain effect,especially the mode carried out in the students,which is worthy of popularization and application.
