脑疟佳对恶性疟原虫配子体作用的研究

摘　　要：60例恶性疟原虫配子体携带者,其中25例接受脑疟佳治疗,22例用伯喹和13例用氯喹治疗。给药后配子体平均消失时间分别为3.4,4.1和27.4d。脑疟佳的杀配子体效果和伯喹相似,而明显优于氯喹(P<0.01)。另8例病人,给药后观察配子体对媒介按蚊的感染活力,5例给单剂75mg 脑疟佳,给药后12h,4例完全阻断配子体对按蚊的感染,而50mg 组的3例基本无效。Sixty eases with Plasmodium falciparum gametoeytes were divided into theree groups,and given Naoyao- jia, primaquine and chloroquine treatment respectively for comparing the gametoeyte—clearance rates.After the treatment the mean gametocyte—elearanee times of the three groups were 3.4,4.1 and 27:4 days re- spectively.No significant difference was found between Naoyaojia and primaquine treatments. The infectiousness of gametocytes from the 8 cases after Naoyaojia administration to the vector Anophe- les was observed.Among them 5 cases were given a single dose of 75 mg and the other three were given 50 nag each,Twelve hours after the drug administration,the infection was totally interrupted in 4 of the 5 cases in 75 nag group,but in the 50 mg group no effect was observed.
