摘  要:采用了水性聚氨酯浸渍超细纤维合成革基布的工艺制备水性聚氨酯超细纤维合成革贝斯,研究其微观结构的变化,同时探讨了水性聚氨酯浸渍量对水性聚氨酯超细纤维合成革贝斯力学性能、透气性及透水汽性能的影响。研究结果表明,水性聚氨酯的浸渍量是影响水性聚氨酯超细纤维合成革贝斯力学性能和卫生性能的主要因素,与溶剂型聚氨酯超细纤维合成革贝斯相比,水性聚氨酯超细纤维合成革贝斯的力学性能较弱,但是具有非常优异的透气性及透水汽性能。The changes of the microfiber synthetic leather microstructure based on impregnated with waterborne polyurethane were investigated. The impact factors of the mechanical properties, water air permeability and vapor permeability of waterborne polyurethane microfiber synthetic leather base caused by the impregnation amount of waterborne polyurethane were studied. The study results showed that the main factor was the impregnation amount of waterborne polyurethane. Compared with solvent-based polyurethane microfiber synthetic leather base, the mechanical properties of waterborne polyurethane microfiber synthetic leather base was weak, but it had a very excellent hygienic properties.
