摘 要:以硅烷偶联剂KH570改性蒙脱土(KH570-MMT)、乙二胺、亚硫酸氢钠、菜籽油及丙烯酸为原料,通过原位法合成了亚硫酸化菜籽油/KH570-MMT纳米复合材料(MRO/KH570-MMT)。采用X-射线衍射(XRD)、Turbiscan LAB稳定性分析仪、动态激光散射(DLS)及热重(TGA)对MRO/KH570-MMT进行了表征。将MRO/KH570-MMT应用于山羊皮服装革加脂工序,并对加脂后坯革的阻燃性能进行了检测,通过扫描电镜(SEM)对加脂后坯革纤维分散情况进行观察。DLS和稳定性检测结果表明:MRO/KH570-MMT具有良好的乳化稳定性,当KH570-MMT引入量为6%与8%时,可以明显提高MRO/KH570-MMT的稳定性;TGA结果表明:KH570-MMT的引入能明显降低MRO/KH570-MMT的热损失,随着KH570-MMT用量的增加复合材料热损失不断减小;SEM表明:KH570-MMT能够进入胶原纤维原纤维之间,随着KH570-MMT用量的增加,纤维的分散程度增大;阻燃结果表明:KH570-MMT的引入能够使坯革的阻燃性能有所提高。The sulphited rapeseed oil/silane coupling agent KH570 modified montmorillonite nanocomposites(MRO/KH570-MMT) was synthesized by a silane coupling agent KH570 modified montmorillonite(KH570-MMT),ethylenediamine, sodium bisulfite, rapeseed oil, and acrylic acid. MRO/KH570-MMT was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), Turbiscan LAB, dynamic laser scattering(DLS) and thermo gravimetric analysis(TGA). MRO/KH570-MMT was applied in fatliquoring of goatskin garment and the flame retardant properties of crust leather was determined.The fiber of crust leather was characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM). DLS and stability analysis test results show that emulsion stability of MRO/KH570-MMT is excellent good. The stability of MRO/KH570-MMT is significantly improved when addition quantity of KH570-MMT is 6% or 8%. TGA detection the results show that the addition of KH570-MMT can significantly reduce the heat loss of MRO/KH570-MMT. SEM demonstrated that KH70-MMT can enters the collagen fibers and the dispersion of fibers is improved with the amount of KH570-MMT increase. Besides, The results reveal that he addition of KH570-MMT can improved the flame retardancy of the crust leather.
