摘 要:传统兔皮鞣制常常采用铬鞣剂及其他有机合成鞣剂,鞣制后会产生六价铬和游离甲醛,废液也难以处理。本试验采用新型生态有机鞣剂FTA鞣制兔皮,与皮胶原交联过程中仅产生中性盐和水,几乎不含游离甲醛。试验中对生态有机鞣剂FTA的主鞣工艺和不浸酸鞣制进行探索,最终确定最佳鞣制工艺条件为鞣剂用量8 g/L,温度35℃,鞣制时间为4 h后提碱至p H 8.0左右。鞣后兔皮的物理机械性能较强,毛被洁白、柔顺。The traditional tanning of rabbit skins usually use chrome tanning agent and other organic synthetic tanning agent, which produced hexavalent chromium and free formaldehyde, and the waste liquid is difficult to handle. This paper studied on a new ecological organic tanning agent FTA tanned rabbit skins, which almost free of releasing formaldehyde when has a cross-linking with amino of the collagen, only produces the neutral and water. Through experiments explored the tanning process of FTA and its non-pickling tanning. Finally the best optimal tanning conditions of FTA were determined as the dosage of FTA is 8g/L, the temperature is 35 ℃,and tanning for 4 hours basified p H to about 8.The rabbit fur tanned by FTA was soft and white, and the production had strong physical and mechanical properties as well.
