摘　　要：对国内外有关皮革制品标签标识的法律,法规和标准进行梳理,分析了我国与世界各国在皮革制品强制性标签规定上的相同点和不同点,以及皮革制品自愿性标签标识的发展趋势,旨在帮助企业合理、规范地使用标签标识,有效应对技术壁垒,减少不必要的损失,同时为我国皮革制品标签标识相关制度的完善提供借鉴。The relative legislations and standards both at home and abroad for leather products were presented in this paper. Their generality and individuality in mandatory labeling, and the trend of voluntary labeling were analyzed. This study was aimed at helping enterprise to employ the labeling and marking correctly, deal with the technical barriers effectively. At the meanwhile it is useful in reference for china labeling and marking system of leather products.
