摘　　要：目前,鞋企配送多以自营物流为主。需求个性化使得皮鞋配送难度大幅增加,配送成本高、专业物流人才短缺等问题突出。如何改善皮鞋现有配送模式,及时、快速满足顾客需求,降低配送成本成为行业亟待解决的课题。本文提出运用第三方物流来改善皮鞋配送现状,为鞋企提供参考。Many leather shoes enterprises manage distribution by themselves. Personalized demand increases the difficulty in leather shoes distribution. The problems of high distribution cost and professional logistics talents shortage are very seriously. It is an urgent subject to solve the problems that how to improve current distribution modes in order to meet customers＇ demand timely and quickly, and how to reduce distribution cost. This paper proposes applying third-party logistics mode to improve leather shoes distribution and provides some references for enterprises.
