摘 要:采用KMn O4氧化Mn SO4的方法制备新生态MnO2,利用在线投加的方式研究了吸附时间、新生态MnO2投加量、溶液p H、腐殖酸初始含量等因素对去除水中腐殖酸的影响。结果表明,当新生态MnO2投加量为10 mg/L,吸附时间为2 h时,UV254和CODMn的去除率分别可达29.36%和49.99%。新生态MnO2对腐殖酸的吸附过程符合Langmuir等温吸附模型。采用准2级动力学模型对吸附过程进行拟合,最大吸附量为27.20 mg/g(与实验值26.38 mg/g相近),吸附过程符合准2级动力学模型。新生态MnO2对腐殖酸具有良好的吸附效果,可为强化去除水中腐殖酸的工艺提供科学依据和参考。Nascent state manganese dioxide was prepared by KMn O4 oxidation on Mn SO4.Effect of factors including adsorption time,dosage of nascent state manganese dioxide,pH of the solution,and initial concentration of humic acid on the removal of humic acid in water was investigated online.The results showed that the removal rate of UV254 and CODMncould reach 29.36% and 49.99%,respectively when dosage of nascent state manganese dioxide was 10 mg/L and adsorption time was 2 h.The adsorption process fitted Langmuir isotherm adsorption model well.The maximum adsorption capacity qe reached 27.20 mg/g which was near to 26.38 mg/g,the test value,and the adsorption process was consistent with the Pseudo-second order kinetic mode.Good adsorption performance of nascent state manganese dioxide on the adsorption of humic acids could provide scientific results for enhancing humic acid removal from water.
