摘  要:针对引黄水库水低温低浊的水体特征,自主研发了分级共聚气浮工艺,将溶气水分级回流,强化净水过程中气浮粘附机理中的共聚作用。研究结果表明,低温低浊期,分级共聚气浮对浊度、CODMn、UV254、DOC、SUVA及氨氮的平均去除率分别为95.2%、43.2%、48.5%、38.2%、20.5%和77.3%,对大于2μm颗粒物的去除率为93.6%,对于相对分子质量大于3×10^3的有机物去除率可达85%,对相对分子质量为3×10^3-10×10^3有机物的去除率为30.6%。实验过程中,分级共聚气浮对消毒副产物生成势(DBPFP)具有良好的抑制作用,对CHCl3、CHCl Br2、CHCl2Br、CHBr3的去除率分别为22.9%、21.9%、16.0%及18.2%。通过对反应过程不同阶段进行显微观测,确定分级共聚气浮对污染物的去除机理主要有微气泡与絮体颗粒的碰撞粘附作用、微气泡与絮体颗粒的共聚作用及泡絮体-微气泡-颗粒物之间的网捕、包卷和架桥作用。According to the characteristics of low temperature and low turbidity of the Yellow River reservoir water,a new Two-Grade Co-DAF process was developed to recycle reflux water separately,which enhanced copolymerisation in flotation adhesion mechanisms while purifying the Yellow River reservoir water.The results indicated that,during the period of low temperature and low turbidity,average removal rates of turbidity,CODMn,UV254,DOC,SUVA and ammonia nitrogen were 95.2%,43.2%,48.5%,38.2%,20.5% and 77.3%,respectively; removal rate of particles larger than 2 μm was up to 93.6%,while removal rate of organics with molecular weight of greater than 3×10^3reached 85%,and that of organics with molecular weight of 3×10^3-10×10^3reached 30.6%.Meanwhile,the disinfection by-products formation potentials(DBPFP) was restrained well by Two-Grade Copolymerization flotation and the removal rates of CHCl3,CHCl Br2,CHCl2 Br and CHBr3 were 22.9%,21.9%,16.0% and 18.2%,respectively.Mechanisms of contaminant removing by the Two-Grade Co-DAF process involved three aspects,which were the microbubbles-floc particles collision,adhesion,the microbubblesfloc particles copolymerization,and the microbubbles-floc particles-bubble flocs meshing and adsorption-bridging.
