摘 要:通过对广州市白云区某污水处理厂污水进行中试改良A/A/O工艺实验,研究该工艺与进水COD、V厌氧:V缺氧:V好氧及HRT等影响因素之间的关系。结果表明,A/A/O工艺对TN去除率为35.48%,出水中主要以硝酸盐氮为主。处理TP去除率达75.53%以上,达到一级A标准,厌氧和缺氧阶段有明显的反硝化聚磷作用。该实验进水COD/TN、COD/TP分别为5.03、66.21,满足最优处理条件范围。V厌氧:V缺氧:V好氧会影响工艺处理效果,缺氧池比例过大或过小均会降低工艺去除率,V厌氧:V缺氧:V好氧最优比例为1:2.6:6.4。系统HRT随着时间增加,TN、TP处理效果呈现先上升后降低的趋势,对COD处理率影响不大,最优水力停留时间为8 h。The relation between a pilot-scale improved anaerobic-anoxic-oxic process and factors including COD,volume ratio of anaerobic,anoxic and aerobic tank and hydraulic retention time were investigated through the process experiment in a wastewater treatment plant in Baiyun district,Guangzhou.The results showed that,the removal rate of total nitrogen was 35.48% in this process,and nitrate nitrogen was the main substance in effluent.The removal rate of total phosphorus was more than 75.53%,which met the First-A standard.In anaerobic and anoxic phases there was significant denitrifying phosphorus effect.In influent,the COD/TN and COD/TP were 5.03 and 66.21,respectively,which was in the range of the optimum treatment conditions.Volume ratio of anaerobic,anoxic and aerobic tank had an effect on the treatment efficiency.In detail,process removal would reduce when anoxic ratio was too large or too small,and hence the best ratio was 1:2.6:6.4.The removal of TN and TP increased first,and then decreased with HRT increasing,which had little effect on COD removal.The best HRT was 8 hours.
