摘  要:利用铁炭微电解联合装填PVA凝胶小球的UASB复合工艺对咸阳某厂实际印染废水(COD为1 000-1 700mg/L)展开了处理研究。结果表明,经过33 d连续运行,铁炭微电解预处理工艺(处理时间6 h,处理pH 3.5,絮凝pH 8.0)对该废水COD去除率稳定在45%以上;UASB反应器稳定运行后,该复合工艺出水COD稳定在200-400mg/L;PVA凝胶小球表面和内部均富集大量微生物是该复合工艺处理能力增强的主要原因。A compound process of iron carbon micro-electrolysis-UASB-PVA was applied to treat actual dyeing wastewater with COD being 1 000-1 700 mg/L from a plant in Xianyang. The results were showed as follows: During 33 days of continuous operation, the removal rate of COD in the wastewater was above 45% by iron carbon micro-electrolysis pretreatment process (treatment time 6 h, treatment pH 3.5, flocculation pH 8.0). In the normal operation ofthe reactor, effluent COD was remained 200,-400 mg/L. The enrichment ofmicroorganism on surface ofPVA gel beads and inside was the main reason for the strengthening of this compound process.
