摘  要:国内PWD技术缺乏连续、准确的测量技术和相关软件的支持,不能称之为完整的井下压力实时测量系统。为此,通过优化PWD系统的机械结构,增强内、外环空隔离器件的密封性能,使钻柱内压力和环空压力得到精确测量;硬件电路采用独特的信号采集电路和滤波电路,并根据温度传感器输出的温度进行补偿后得到真实的钻柱内压力和环空压力,提高了系统整体测量精度;采用无线MWD系统连接PWD系统,可使井下压力数据实时高效地传输到地面。室内及现场试验结果表明,随钻压力检测系统适用于大位移井和复杂结构井,可以实时准确地测量井底压力和温度,便于钻井工程人员实时获取井下温度和压力情况,从而提高钻井效率,降低钻井风险,避免或减少井下复杂事故的发生。Without necessary continuous and accurate measurement technologies and support of relevant soft- ware, domestic pressure while drilling (PWD) technologies can not be classified as integral real-time downhole pressure measurement system. To solve the problem, it is necessary to optimize mechanical structure of PWD sys- tem, enhance sealing capacities of internal and external annular isolation elements to obtain accurate measurements of annular pressures and internal pressures of drillpipe. Hardware circuit adopts unique data-acquisition circuit and filter circuit. Temperatures exported from temperature sensors shall be compensated to generate accurate internal pressures and annular pressures to enhance overall measurement accuracy of the system. By using wireless MWD system to establish connection with PWD system, downhole pressure data can be transmitted to ground surface in real time with high efficiency. Lab and field tests show that PWD system can be used in high-deviated wells and complicated wells to obtain accurate bottom-hole pressure and temperature readings in real time. In this way, drill- ing operators may obtain data related to downhole temperatures and pressures in real time. In addition to enhancing drilling efficiency and minimize drilling risks, the PWD system can effectively reduce or avoid occurrence of down- hole complications.
