摘  要:抽油机井抽油泵的沉没度是影响杆柱寿命、产液量和机采效率的重要因素。研究了沉没度对机采生产的影响,建立了具有较长杆柱寿命、较高产液量和较高效率的综合机采性能的目标函数,并给出其约束条件,实现了沉没度的优化设计。计算结果表明,在只考虑沉没度的前提下,必需牺牲个别指标以获得较高综合机采性能。对胜利油田桩西采油厂10口井进行沉没度优化设计,结果表明,井下效率最高可增加21.83%,杆柱寿命最高可延长33.76%,个别油井产液量最大下降幅度可达4.96%。研究结果对机采生产的参数优化设计具有重要指导意义。Submergence depth of sucker rod pump in the well is a key factor that may affect service life of the rod, fluid productivity and efficiency of pumping operations. By reviewing impacts of submergence depth on pumping operations, objective functions for overall pumping performance characterized by longer service life of rod, higher fluid productivity and satisfactory efficiencies can be generated. In addition, optimal design of submergence depth can be performed with all other constraints known. Calculation results show that, as far as the submergence depth is con- cerned, it is necessary to sacrifice certain indexes to obtain satisfactory overall pumping performance. Optimal designs for submergence depths have been prepared for 10 wells of the Zhuangxi Oil Production Plant in Shengli Oil-field. Relevant research results show that the downhole efficiency can be enhanced up to 21.83%, whereas service life of the rod can be prolonged for 33.76%. In certain wells, fluid productivity may decrease up to 4. 96%. Relevant research results may play an important role in optimal design of parameters related to pumping operations.
