摘 要:目前的自振空化旋转水射流井下解堵装置的最大使用井眼直径仅为178.0 mm,不满足现场使用要求;喷头的旋转速度随排量和驱动压力的增大而线性增大,大排量和高压条件下喷头旋转速度过快,易导致射流雾化。为此,设计了一种适用于244.5 mm井筒的大尺寸旋转水射流解堵工具,并通过地面试验研究了工具的旋转特性和冲击压力特性。该工具结构简单,易于机加工,既可用于水力解堵,也可用于酸洗解堵,喷嘴数量可根据地面设备情况自由组合。试验结果表明,在泵压一定的情况下,随着喷距的增大,射流冲击压力逐渐减弱,在所试验的驱动压力下,射流处理深度可达700 mm;在相同的驱动压力下,径向解堵喷嘴使喷头旋转速度降低,有利于延长径向喷嘴清洗炮眼的作用时间,增强处理效果。Existing download plug removal equipment with self-resonating cavitating rotating water jet can be used for a wellbore up to 178.0 mm in the diameter, which cannot meet site application requirements. Moreover, rotating speed of spray head increases linearly with displacement and driving pressure. Excessive rotating speed of the spray head easily leads to jet atomization under large displacement and high pressure. For the reason, a controllable plug removal tool with controllable rotating jet is designed for Ф244. 5 mm wellbore, of which rotation and impact pressure characteristics are studied in the ground test. With a simple structure, this tool can be easily machined. It can be used for hydraulic plug removal and acidizing plug removal. Its nozzle quantity can be arranged based on ground equipment conditions. Test results show that jet impact pressure gradually declines with increase of spray distance under a certain pump pressure and jet treatment depth can be up to 700 mm under the tested driving pressure; radial plug removal nozzle reduces rotating speed of the spray head under the same driving pressure, which can help extend the time for radial nozzle cleaning the borehole to improve treatment effects.
