摘　　要：虚拟社会舆情风险较高,且具有与传统社会舆情风险不同的特点。对于党政机关来说,虚拟社会存在大量触发舆情的风险性因素。有效防范和治理虚拟社会的舆情风险应做好舆情风险的实时监测,并做好舆情风险的预警和预判,同时应强化舆情风险源头管理,注重媒体沟通,强化社会协同,构建舆情风险防控长效机制,提升政府舆情风险应对能力和舆情风险意识。The risk of public opinions is very high in virtual society,and has different characteristics from the traditional society. For organs of the party and government,there are a large number of risk factors to trigger risk of public opinions. To prevent against and govern effectively the risk of public opinions in virtual society,the risk of public opinions should be real- time monitoring,and the risk should be early- warning and pre- judgment. At the same time,the government should strengthen the management of source of the risk,pay attention to the communication with media,strengthen the coordinated actions with society,build long- term mechanisms of prevention and control,improve the ability to cope with risk and risk awareness of public opinions.
