坚持以人为本,优化高职院校教学管理

摘　　要：高职院校教学管理中存在管理理念落后、管理效率不高、管理队伍不力等问题。在教学管理中应坚持以人为本,全员参与管理;完善规章制度,推进规范管理;强化服务职能,优化教学管理;加强队伍建设,提高服务效能等多种途径优化教学管理,形成高效、和谐的教学管理局面,促进教师的专业发展和人才培养质量的稳步提高。Numerous problems have arisen regarding current teaching management in high vocational colleges such as backward management concepts, outdated management systems as well as incompetent management personnel. It is advisable to establish a people-oriented and all staff participating concept to optimize teaching management via perfecting rules and regulations, advance standardized management,strengthening service function, reinforcing the construction of managerial personnel and raising service efficiency to form a highly efficient and harmonious educational framework in order to enhance professional development of the teaching staff and the quality of talent cultivation.
