安徽省区域科技投入与科技产出的典型相关分析

摘　　要：以安徽省各地市为研究对象,通过典型相关分析方法来探讨科技投入与科技产出的关系.研究结果表明,安徽省各地市的科技投入中人员投入起到主导作用,科技产出中科技基础研究产出和科技经济效益产出起到主导作用;人员投入是影响安徽省各地市科技产出的最重要因素,对科技基础研究产出和科技经济效益产出均起到重要的促进作用.据此,安徽省各地市应注重培养和吸引科技人才,尤其是高科技人才;应重视基础研究和应用基础研究的质量,强化科技论文发表管理;应重视将科技成果转化为生产力,真正转化为新产品尤其是高科技新产品,从而提高经济效益.Taking Anhui province as the research object,through the method of canonical correlation analysis,it is to explore the relationship between the input and output of science technology.Research results show that staff input plays a dominant role in the input of science technology;basic research output and economic benefit output play dominant roles in the output of science technology;staff input is the most important factor affecting the output of science and technology in Anhui region and plays an important role in promoting the basic research output and economic benefit output.Therefore,Anhui province should pay more attention to the training and attracting talents especially the high-tech talents in science and technology.It should pay attention to the quality of basic research and applied basic research,strengthen the management of published scientific papers,pay attention to transformation of scientific and technological achievements into productivity,especially into high-tech new products,so as to improve the economic benefits.
