摘  要:通过钙化焙烧法提钒废渣成分分析,探讨替代粘土质原料与电石渣、硫铁矿渣组成生料在不同配比和烧成温度下煅烧水泥熟料研究,对烧成熟料进行物理检验、X射线衍射(XRD)及电镜扫描(SEM)分析。结果表明,采用率值KH=0.96、SM=2.01、IM=0.86,1450℃下烧成的水泥熟料各项性能指标均符合GB/T21372-2008《硅酸盐水泥熟料》中通用水泥熟料要求,所制得的熟料中游离Ca O质量分数和矿物组成达到硅酸盐水泥熟料中水泥熟料的基本化学要求,说明钙化焙烧提钒废渣可作为粘土质原料。Calcified roast method and different firing temperature of picking-up vanadium slag's composition cement clinker which are raw materials was analyzed, the different proportions composed of alternative clay raw mate- rials and carbide slag, pyrite slag through calcinating were studied, physical examination for cement clinker was conducted, its X-ray diffraction (XRD) and electron microscope scanning (SEM) were analyzed. The results show that the various performance indicators of calcining cement clinker under the condition of KH = 0.96, SM = 2.01,1M = 0. 86, T = 1450 ℃ are in line with the demand of GB/T21372 -2008 portland cement clinker. Total amount of the C3S and C2S in cement clinker has reached basic chemical requirements of portland cement clink- er. Therefore, calcified roast picking-up vanadium slag can be used as clay raw material.
