生态汽车产业集群形成机理分析与结构设计

摘　　要：当前汽车行业的高速发展,给生态环境造成了极大的威胁,有必要建立生态汽车产业集群以推进汽车产业的可持续发展。结合产业生态学有关理论,及我国汽车产业集群的特点,提出了生态化汽车产业集群的形成机理,包括:建立生产者责任延伸制度下的汽车产品回收利用体系,形成集群内的汽车回收利用技术支撑平台,借助汽车制造企业的渠道优势为报废汽车提供回收渠道,建立集群内的副产品交易平台等。在此基础上,分析了建立本集群所需解决的关键问题,并应用生命周期评价理论,进行了生态化汽车产业集群的基本结构设计。The high-speed development of auto industry threatens the ecotope tremendously,so it is necessary to establish ecological auto industry cluster for the sustainable development of auto industry.According to industry ecology theory and the status of Chinese auto industry cluster,we presented the forming mechanism of ecological auto industry cluster,which included founding auto recycling system on the basis of extended producer responsibility,forming technical support platform on auto-recycling,providing recycling channels for end-of-life autos by virtue of the expansive channels of auto manufacture enterprises,and forming by-product trading platform in cluster. And on this basis,we analyzed the key problems awaiting resolution in the process of cluster building,subsequently,utilizing LCA theory,and designed the fundamental structure of the cluster.
