Foley双腔导尿管在剖宫产瘢痕妊娠出血中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨Foley双腔导尿管球囊在治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠出血中的临床应用效果。方法对16例剖宫产瘢痕妊娠大出血患者,应用宫腔放置Foley双腔导尿管球囊压迫止血。结果 16例患者宫腔放置导尿管球囊压迫后出血立即明显减少,术后阴道出血少。术后24∽48 h取出球囊,患者均未再次出血。无并发症的发生,无一例行子宫切除术。结论 Foley双腔导尿管球囊治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠大出血效果满意,操作简单,安全有效,是临床上值得推广的方法 ,尤其在基层医院值得应用。Objective To explore the clinical application effect of Foley double lumen catheter in treating cesarean scar pregnancy hemorrhage. Methods Foley double lumen catheter balloon was applied for compression hemostasis in uterine cavity in treating 16 patients with cesarean scar pregnancy massive hemorrhage. Results Hemorrhage was immediately reduced in 16 cases after catheter balloon was placed in uterine cavity, and they had few colporrhagia after surgery. Balloon was taken out after 24∽48 h of surgery, and all the patients had no hemorrhage again. There was no complications occurred, and hysterectomy was not performed in any case. Conclusion Foley double lumen catheter has satisfactory effect in treating cesarean scar pregnancy hemorrhage, and it is an easy operational and effective method worthy of clinical promotion and wide application in primary hospital.
