摘　　要：目的探究与分析糖尿病足经封闭负压引流联合自体刃厚皮治疗的临床效果。方法 60例糖尿病足患者作为研究对象,采用封闭负压引流联合自体刃厚皮治疗,观察临床疗效。结果 60例患者均治愈,创面肉芽组织生长情况较好,无感染等并发症的发生。结论采用封闭负压引流联合自体刃厚皮治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效显著,值得推广。Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of vacuum sealing drainage combined with autogenous split-thickness skin in the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods A total of 60 patients with diabetic foot were taken as study subjects. They were treated by vacuum sealing drainage combined with autogenous split-thickness skin, and the clinical effect was observed. Results All the 60 cases were cured with good growth condition of granulation tissue in wound. No complications, such as infection, occurred. Conclusion Combination of vacuum sealing drainage and autogenous split-thickness skin has precise clinical effect in treating diabetic foot, and it is worthy of promotion.
