小儿双清颗粒治疗128例小儿急性上呼吸道感染的临床分析

摘　　要：目的对小儿双清颗粒治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的临床效果进行分析。方法 250例急性上呼吸道感染患儿,将其随机分为两组,治疗组128例,对照组122例,对照组采用西药治疗,即在0.9%氯化钠注射液中加入利巴韦林、青霉素钠氯化钠或头孢唑林钠静脉滴注,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用小儿双清颗粒治疗,疗效评定标准参照《中药新药临床研究指导原则》。结果治疗组治愈75例,占58.59%,显效32例,占25.00%,有效16例,占12.50%,无效5例,占3.91%,总有效率96.09%;对照组治愈55例,占45.08%;显效26例,占21.31%,有效22例,占18.03%,无效19例,占15.57%,总有效率84.43%,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿双清颗粒治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染较单独西药治疗效果好,安全性高,值得临床上应用推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Xiaoer Shuangqing granules in the treatment of pediatric acute upper respiratory infection. Methods A total of 250 children with acute upper respiratory infection were divided into two group, as treatment group with 128 cases and control group with 122 cases. The control group received Western medicine for treatment, as intravenous drip of ribavirin, penicillin sodium sodium chloride or cefazolin sodium in 0.9% sodium chloride injection. The treatment group received additional Xiaoer Shuangqing granules. Their curative effects were evaluated according to Chinese Traditional Medicine New Medicine Clinical Research Guiding Principles. Results In the treatment group, there were 75 cured cases, accounting for 58.59%, 32 cases with excellent effect, accounting for 25.00%, 16 effective cases, accounting for 12.50%, and 5 ineffective cases, accounting for 3.91%. The total effective rate was 96.09%. In the control group, there were 55 cured cases, accounting for 45.08%, 26 cases with excellent effect, accounting for 21.31%, 22 effective cases, accounting for 18.03%, and 19 ineffective cases, accounting for 15.57%. The total effective rate was 84.43%. The treatment group was better than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xiaoer Shuangqing granules can provide better effect than Western medicine in treatment alone of pediatric acute upper respiratory infection. It has high safety, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
