摘 要:目的探讨分析小儿结核性脑膜炎的临床护理干预措施。方法 66例结核性脑膜炎患儿,根据护理方式分为试验组(33例)和对照组(33例)。给予对照组患儿常规临床护理,在对照组的基础上,给予试验组患儿关于小儿结核性脑膜炎的个体化护理干预,观察两组患儿的护理干预结果。结果试验组患儿的满意度(75.76%)高于对照组(54.55%),试验组的护理有效率(81.82%)高于对照组(63.64%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿结核性脑膜炎的临床护理干预有助于提高护理有效率及患儿满意度,临床中可考虑加以推广应用。Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical nursing intervention measure for pediatric tuberculous meningitis. Methods A total of 66 children with tuberculous meningitis were divided into experimental group(n=33) and control group(n=33), according to nursing methods. Children in the control group received conventional clinical nursing. On the basis of the control group, children in the experimental group received individualized nursing intervention for pediatric tuberculous meningitis. Results of nursing intervention of the two groups were observed. Results The children's satisfaction degree in the experimental group(75.76%) was higher than that in the control group(54.55%), and the experimental group had higher nursing effective rate(81.82%) than the control group(63.64%). The difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Clinical nursing intervention for pediatric tuberculous meningitis is helpful in improving effective rate and children's satisfaction degree, and it is worthy of consideration in clinical application.
