多力玛联合利托君治疗习惯性流产的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨多力玛联合利托君联合使用治疗习惯性流产的效果观察。方法治疗组口服多力玛联合利托君治疗,对照1组单纯口服多力玛,对照2组为单纯利托君治疗,治疗习惯性流产108例,观察对比其疗效。结果治疗组有效率为87.5%,对照1组为68.8%,对照2组为69.4%。治疗组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口服多力玛和利托君联合治疗习惯性流产的效果优于单纯口服多力玛或单纯肌肉注射HCG。Objective to investigate the effect of aLLyLestrenoL combined with ritodrine on habituaL abortion. Methods Ob-servation group received aLLyLestrenoL jun with ritodrine therapy,and controL group one received pure aLLyLestrenoL,and controL group two received ritodrine mereLy. the curative effects of three groups were compared. Results the effective rate in observa-tion gtoup was 87. 5%,and that of controL group one and controL group two was 68. 8% and 69. 4% respectiveLy. the differences between observation group and controL group were significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion the effect of oraL aLLyLestrenoL and rito-drine on habituaL abortion is better than oraL aLLyLestrenoL,ritodrine or HCG injection mereLy.
