丹红注射液和天麻素注射液治疗老年慢性脑供血不足的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的观察丹红注射液和天麻素注射液在治疗老年慢性脑供血不足的疗效。方法将老年慢性脑供血不足患者72例随机分为丹红注射液组和天麻素注射液组,每组36例,疗程为2周。观察两组患者治疗前后头晕、头重、耳鸣、头痛症状改善情况及血液流变学指标变化。结果天麻素注射液组对头晕、头重、耳鸣、头痛症状的改善明显优于丹红注射液组,两组对血流变学改善差异未见统计学意义。结论老年慢性脑供血不足患者使用天麻素注射液治疗明显优于丹红注射液。Objective to compare the effects of Dan-Hong injection and Gastrodin injection on chronic cerebraL circuLation inadequacy in the eLderLy. Methods Seventy-two eLderLy patients with chronic cerebraL circuLation insufficiency were randomLy divided into Dan-Hong injection group and Gastrodin injection group,with 36 patients in each group. the treatment course was two weeks. the improvement of the symptoms of dizzy,head heaviness,tinnitus and headache and the changes of HemorheoLogy index in the two groups was observed. Results Gastrodin injection group was significantLy better than Dan-Hong injection group in the improvement of the symptoms of dizzy,head heaviness,tinnitus and headache,but there was no obvious difference in the improvement of the HemorheoLogy between them. Conclusion the effects of Gastrodin injection is significanLy better than Dan-Hong injection in the eLderLy peopLe of cronic cerebraL circuLation insufficiency.
