摘　　要：针对山东钢铁股份有限公司莱芜分公司棒材厂中小型车间加热炉在产能提升后存在的问题,详细介绍了换热器、水梁滑块、下加热空煤气管道、刮渣板和水封槽等设备技术改进方案,改进后取得良好效果。According to the existing problems of the heating furnace after productivity improvement in Shandong Iron and Steel Limited Share Co. , Ltd. Laiwu Branch bar mill in the small workshop, this paper introduces in detail the technical improvement scheme of the heat exchanger, water beam block, lower heating gas pipeline, a slag scraping plate and a water seal tank and other equipmint. After improving the good results have been achieved.
