摘　　要：目的：探讨早期显微手术夹闭瘤颈治疗脑动脉瘤破裂出血的方法及临床效果。方法选取2013年1月～2014年1月期间在我院接受治疗的脑动脉瘤破裂出血患者59例，所有患者均以显微手术法进行治疗，评价该种手术法的治疗效果。结果由GOS评分显示，术后恢复良好50例、较差6例、死亡3例。结论早期应用显微手术治疗脑动脉瘤破裂出血具有较好的临床效果。ObjectiveTo investigate the early microsurgical clipping methods and clinical effects of the treatment of the aneurysm neck aneurysms rupture.Methods From January 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital treated 59 cases of bleeding in patients with ruptured aneurysms （72 tumors）, all patients are treated microsurgical method. Evaluate the therapeutic effect of surgical methods.ResultsThe GOS score showed 50 cases of postoperative recovery was good and poor prognosis six cases, three deaths.Conclusion The early application of microsurgical treatment of cerebral aneurysms rupture with good clinical results.
