摘　　要：总结2014年1月～2014年12月肿瘤科PICC患者穿刺部位感染的相关因素，针对影响PICC穿刺部位感染的因素，于2014年1月起对PICC穿刺患者给予相应的预防护理干预措施，认为有针对性的对护士进行PICC穿刺操作及维护培训，建立“PICC健康学苑”指导患者及家属正确观察PICC穿刺口的状况，对带管出院的患者进行电话随访，可有效的降低PICC置管患者穿刺部位的感染。Sum up the cases from 2014.1～2014.12, Department of tumor patients with PICC infection of puncture site, aiming at the inlfuence factors of PICC puncture site infection, in 2014.1, we gave the corresponding nursing intervention measures to prevent puncture of PICC patients, that targeted for PICC puncture operation and maintenance training for nurses, to establish ＂PICC health school＂ to guide the patients and their families the correct observation PICC puncture export situation of discharged patients, with telephone follow-up, can reduce the PICC catheter puncture site infection effectively.
