摘 要:本文以DNA为靶标,针对待检细菌制备寡核苷酸芯片,根据杂交条件进行摸索,然后重新确立寡核苷酸芯片,通过结果的相似性来判断样本的种类。检测中利用通用引物SUA和GO7B对涉及40多个进行扩增和标记后,针对不同的种、属的混合模式,增加它们相互之间的分辨能力,同样样品中存在多个菌种时也可检测出来,并为临床诊断提供依据。综合比较,该项检测技术具有良好的使用价值。Targeting to DNA, preparation of oligonucleotide microarray for the bacteria to be detected under hybridization conditions were found, and then re-establishment of oligonucleotide microarray, to judge by similarity of the results of sample types.
