利用十味蒂达胶囊辅助治疗胆囊炎的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的总结分析十味蒂达胶囊辅助治疗胆囊炎的临床疗效方法方法随机筛选我院诊疗的200例胆囊炎患者,将患者分为实验组和对照组各100例,对照组常规治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上联合应用十味蒂达胶囊,比较两组治疗效果。结果实验组患者的总有效率明显要好与对照组,两组患者的治疗效果以及用药过程中临床症状经对比分析后显示,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规应用药物治疗联合十味蒂达胶囊辅助性治疗,可有效的提高胆囊炎的症状缓解率。ObjectiveShiwei analyzed the clinical efficacy of adjuvant therapy capsules Dida cholecystiti.Methods200 cases of cholecystitis patients randomly selected by a diagnosis in our hospital, and then according to the stochastic methods the patients were divided into experimental group and control group.Results The patients in the experimental group the total effective rate was significantly better than the control group, two groups of patients the treatment effect and the process of drug clinical symptoms according to the analysis of display, with statistically signiifcant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Routine application of drug therapy combined with ten flavor Dida capsule in adjuvant therapy, can effectively improve the remission rate of symptom cholecystitis.
