摘 要:以人人、微博、微信为代表的社交网络媒体,因其"平权""去中心化"的特点,具有对公众表达自由的"赋权"能力。因为有了技术的可能性,人人都获得了在互联网发声的话语权。高校学生以其特有的参与互联网空间的热情,非常乐于在社交网络媒体上发出声音,社交网站成为学生参与社会政治的重要途径。这一状况的出现与高校管理者传统的舆论引导方法出现矛盾。本报告在问卷调查的基础之上,总结了互联网空间下高校学生行使话语权的现状,分析了高校管理者对学生行使话语权的态度,并在建立模型的基础上将实践中的经验带入仿真实验中,经过初始实验和对比实验,甄别更加有效的网络舆论引导措施。学生的网络自由如何在现行法律保障下得到实现,是本文尝试研究的重点。The social network medias represented by RenRen, Weibo, WeChat, have ability to "empower" the freedom of expression to the public because of their characteristics of "equality" and "decentralization". Everyone got the right of discourse on the Interact for the possibility of Technology. Social networking sites have become an important way for students to participate in social politics because college students are very happy to make a sound in social network medias. There is a conflict between this situation and the traditional method to guide public opinion of university administrators. This report summarizes the current status of college students' discourse right on the Interact, and analyzes the attitude of college management to the student' discourse right, on the basis of the questionnaire. We establish a model brought the experience to the simulation experiment, to identify more effective measures guiding network public opinion after the initial experiment and comparative experiments. The focus of this paper is tried to study how students' Intemet freedom achieved under the current legal protection.
