专科巡查提高护理人员压疮风险评估能力的实践

摘　　要：目的探讨专科巡查方法对护理人员压疮风险评估能力的影响。方法通过伤口专科护士主导的专科巡查,形成一个质量持续改进的循环系统,伤口专科护士将入院时责任护士上报和专科护士核查后的评价结果,以及专科巡查时评价结果与临床护士评估结果进行比较,从真阳性、假阴性、假阳性和真阴性4个指标,分析巡查前、后护理人员压疮风险评估能力的变化。结果随着专科巡查的深入开展,临床护士发现高危和非高危患者能力增强,漏判和误判的现象减少。结论专科巡查有助于提高护理人员压疮评估能力,推进护理质量的持续改进。Objective To evaluate the effect of specialized nurses-led inspections on improving nurses＇ pressure ulcer risk assessment ability. Methods A quality continuous improvement cycle was set up through wound special- ized nurse-led inspections. The specialized wound nurses compared the inspection results with the assessment results by primary nurses. Primary nurses＇ pressure ulcer risk assessment ability was evaluated using the change of true positive rate,false negative rate ,false positive rate and true negative rate in detecting high risk patients with pressure ulcer risk before and after specialized inspections. Results After tile implementation of specialized nurse-led inspec- tions ,the true positive rate and true negative rate in detecting high risk patients with pressure ulcer risk increased, while the false negative rate and false positive rate decreased. Conclusion Specialized nurse-led inspections can improve nurses＇ pressure ulcer risk assessment ability and promote the continuous improvement of nursing quality.
