进城经历对新生代农民工犯罪的影响

摘　　要：进城经历是农村劳动力从乡村向城市转移过程中的重要环节。调查发现,新生代农民工犯罪在押人员的进城经历与第一代相比有很大区别,突出表现为进城年龄轻,主要和父母家人一起进城,进城的挣钱动机降低,在城市流动性更大等特点。这些特点对于新生代农民工犯罪有着非常重要的影响。Experience in city is the key link during the movement of rural labor force from the countryside to the city. Surveys find that a new generation of migrant-worker criminal detainees has different experience in city from the first generation. They go to the city with their parents at younger age, and therefore lack the motivation to make money andare more mobile. These features are all significant factors related tomigrant-worker crimes.
