不同影像学检查方式对齿状突骨折患者诊断准确率的对比分析

摘  要:目的比较不同影像学检查方式对齿状突骨折诊断效果,为齿状突骨折的诊治提供依据。方法选择2012年1月—2014年5月间巴中市中心医院收治的疑似齿状突骨折患者64例,所有患者均行X线检查,其中40例进行螺旋CT扫描3D重建,24例进行磁共振(MRI)检查。分析各种方法诊断准确率。结果 64例患者中62例为齿状突骨折,2例非齿状突骨折。X线检查诊断准确率78.13%,螺旋CT扫描诊断准确率95.65%,MRI诊断准确率为95.84%,螺旋CT和MRI诊断准确率显著高于X线检查(P<0.05),螺旋CT和MRI检查诊断准确率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论为了提高齿状突骨折治疗的效果,应提倡正确的检查程序,合理进行各种检查,为临床正确判断患者病情选择合理治疗方案提供依据。Objective To compare the accuracy of different diagnosis of odontoid process fracture,providing the basis for the diagnosis of odontoid process fracture. Methods Selected 64 patients suspected odontoid fracture admitted to our hospital from 2012 January- 2014 May,All the CT patients were scanned by X ray,and then scanned by CT or MIR,of which 24 cases were examined by MRI scan,40 cases were scanned by spiral CT and 3D reconstruction. Analysis of the accuracy of various methods of diagnosis. Results In 62 cases of odontoid fracture,2 cases of non odontoid fracture. X- ray diagnostic accuracy rate was 78. 13%. MIR scan,the diagnosis accuracy rate was 95. 84%. Spiral CT scan,the diagnosis accuracy rate was 95. 65%. Spiral CT diagnosis accurate rate was significantly higher than that of the spiral CT and X- ray examination( P〈0. 05),MIR and Spiral CT scan diagnosis accurate rate showed no statistical difference( P〈0. 05). Conclusion In order to improve the effect of treatment of odontoid process fracture,should advocate the correct inspection procedures,reasonable inspection,provide the basis for clinical judgment of patient selection of reasonable treatment scheme.
