PDCD5蛋白在卵巢浆液性交界性肿瘤中的表达与其诊断、鉴别诊断及预后的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨促凋亡蛋白PDCD5(Programmed Cell Death 5)在卵巢浆液性交界性肿瘤中的表达与两种类型的诊断、鉴别诊断的关联性及其与与预后的关系。方法收集濮阳市妇幼保健院、郑州大学第一附属医院2000年1月—2008年12月手术切除的上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织110例(其中卵巢良性肿瘤23例、交界性浆液性肿瘤59例、卵巢癌28例)。采用免疫组织化学方法检测各组织内PDCD5蛋白的表达,测定PDCD5蛋白在上皮性卵巢癌、卵巢良性肿瘤及交界性浆液性肿瘤中表达的平均阳性值,并结合临床资料进行统计学分析。结果 1PDCD5蛋白在卵巢良性肿瘤组织中呈高表达,在卵巢浆液性交界性肿瘤中程中表达,在卵巢上皮性癌组织中呈低表达。分析结果显示:PDCD5蛋白的表达值在卵巢良性肿瘤组织中阳性率是86.9%、卵巢浆液性交界性肿瘤组织是61%,卵巢上皮性癌组织是35.7%,这三组之间PDCD5蛋白表达差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。2PDCD5蛋白在低级别、高级别的卵巢浆液性交界性肿瘤中的表达值不同,在低级别是77.8%,高级别是46.9%,这两组之间比较差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。3PDCD5在卵巢交界性浆液性肿瘤两种类型:经典型、微乳头性型中的表达亦存在差异。在G1经典型是71.1%,在微乳头型是42.9%,两者之间的差异有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。4为了进一步验证PDCD5蛋白表达值的强弱与患者复发率相关的强度,我们进行了Spearman相关分析,结果显示两者呈一定的负相关。(R=-0.85,P<0.05)。结论 PDCD5蛋白与卵巢浆液性交界性肿瘤的诊断、鉴别诊断及临床预后有密切关系。Objective To investigate the apoptosis protein PDCD5（ Programmed Cell Death 5） in diagnosis,differential diagnosis between expression in borderline ovarian serous tumors and two types and their relationship with the prognosis and the. Methods To collect the Puyang Maternal and Child Health- Care Hospital,Zhengzhou University First Affiliated Hospital in 2000 January 2008 December operation excision of ovarian tumor in 110 cases（ including 23 cases of benign ovarian tumors,borderline serous tumor in 59 cases,28 cases of ovarian cancer）. By immunohistochemistry method for detection of PDCD5 protein in various tissues,PDCD5 protein expression in epithelial ovarian cancer,benign ovarian tumor and serous tumors in the average positive value,and combined with clinical data were statistically analyzed. Results 1The high expression of PDCD5 protein in ovarian benign tumor tissues,the expression in ovarian serous borderline tumor medium,showed low expression in epithelial ovarian cancer. The results showed that： the expression of PDCD5 protein in ovarian benign tumors was 86. 9%,the positive rate of ovarian serous borderline tumor tissue is61%,in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues was 35. 7%,there was a statistically significant difference of the expression of PDCD5 difference between the three groups（ P〈0. 05）. 2The expression of PDCD5 protein in borderline ovarian serous in low grade,high grade tumors with different values,in the low level is 77. 8%,the high level is 46. 9%,there was a statistically significant difference between the difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. 3PDCD5 serous tumors of two types： there were differences in ovarian expression of classical type,micro papillary type.
