摘 要:研究了烷基铵盐改性剂及有机溶剂的用量对黏土片层间距和力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,预膨胀法制备NBRCNs,增大有机溶剂丙烯酸的用量至(1g)∶(4mL)时,NBRCNs的微观结构和力学性能相比于(1g)∶(1mL)时有所下降,过量的有机溶剂带走部分季铵盐基团,使黏土片层间距缩小,并使橡胶大分子产生滑移,力学性能下降。有机溶剂的用量为(1g)∶(1mL)时,增大改性剂CTAB的用量至(2.5g)∶(1g)时,可使NBRCNs的微观结构和力学性能提高,这与阳离子交换容量及改性剂在黏土片层间的存在状态有关。因此,为制备高性能的NBRCNs,需利于阳离子改性剂及有机溶剂的离子置换作用,增大黏土片层间距,使更多的橡胶大分子链插层进入黏土片层间,达到良好的分散状态,制备出高性能的NBRCNs。In this paper,the influence of dosage of alkyl ammonium salt modifier and organic solvent on microstructure and properties of organic clay/NBR nanocomposite are studied.Results show that compared with the organic clay and acrylic is(1g)∶(1mL),nanocomposite reaches worse microstructure morphology and mechanical performance when organic clay and acrylic is(1g)∶(4mL).Since excessive amounts of organic solvents take away part of the quaternary ammonium salt groups,clay lamella spacing is reduced and rubber molecules slip,then mechanical performance is reduce.When organic clay and acrylic is(1g)∶(1mL),organic clay and CTAB is(2.5g)∶(1g),nanocomposite reaches better microstructure morphology and mechanical performance.It is related between cation exchange capacity and the existing state of modifier in clay layer.Therefore,in order to prepare NBRCNs with high-performance,diadochy of cation modifier and organic solvents is needed to increase the clay layer spacing,which makes more rubber macromolecule chain intercalat into the clay interlayer and has good dispersion state.
