改性纤维球过滤技术在JZ25-1S油气田的应用

摘　　要：为满足JZ25-1S油气田新的注水要求(油质量浓度≤5.0mg/L、悬浮物质量浓度≤3.0mg/L),选择改性纤维球滤料,改进过滤器设计。结果表明,新增改性纤维球过滤器后,水源井水中悬浮物质量浓度由7.6mg/L降至2.7mg/L;针对含油污水,污水中油质量浓度及悬浮物质量浓度分别降至4.4mg/L和2.7mg/L,低于超声波精细过滤器的9.9mg/L和8.0mg/L,且节约成本。In order to meet the requirements of the injected water quality in JZ25-1 Soilfield（oil content≤5.0mg/L,suspended solids content≤3.0mg/L）,the modified fiber filter is chosen and redesigned.The results showe that the suspended solids content of water wells is decreased from 7.6mg/L to 2.7mg/L after using the modified fiber filter.In the oily sewage,the oil content and suspended solids content are respectively 9.9mg/L and 8.0mg/L when using the ultrasonic fine filter,while the oil content and suspended solids content are respectively decreased to 4.4mg/L and 2.7mg/L and the cost is saved after treating by the modified fiber filter.
