对直吹式制粉系统一次风速微波测量技术的研究

摘  要:目前,国内许多电厂对风煤系统的风速缺乏合适的监测手段,在系统调节时具有盲目性,降低了电厂运行的安全性和经济性。现利用微波衰减的测量方法监测直吹式风煤系统,以煤粉管道内流动的风煤两相流作为测量对象,让微波快速地穿越整个煤粉管道场,实现连续的在线测量,从根本上解决了传统产品存在的取样代表性差、探头堵塞等问题,提高了锅炉的燃烧效率,降低了发电成本。Nowadays,the great majority of domestic power plants lack reasonable monitoring measures for the air velocity,which results in blind system adjustment and reduced security and economy of power plant operation.This paper presented direct-fired air-coal monitoring system based on energy attenuation of microwave,the measured object is flowing air-coal two-phase current in pulverized-coal pipeline,the microwave rapidly crossed the whole pulverizedcoal pipeline field,continuous on-line measurement has been realized.This system fundamentally overcomes a lot of deficiencies of the traditional products such as poor representativeness of the sample,blocked probe and so on.This system would increase boiler efficiency and reduce power generation cost.
