摘 要:采用熔融共混的方法制备了马来酸酐接枝苯乙烯-乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(SEBS-g-MAH)与加氢C5石油树脂的共混物,并用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、转矩流变仪和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对该共混体系的相容性进行了研究;同时,采用电子万能试验机测定SEBS-g-MAH/加氢C5石油树脂共混物的力学性能.结果表明,SEBS-g-MAH与加氢C5石油树脂共混物只有两个玻璃化转变温度(Tg),共混体系的熔体平衡转矩-组成关系曲线表现为二次抛物曲线,电镜照片中没有出现相界面裂纹,说明SEBS-g-MAH与加氢C5石油树脂有较好的相容性.另外,随着加氢C5石油树脂含量的增加,共混物的拉伸强度和弹性模量下降,断裂伸长率升高.The blends composed of styrene ethylene-co-butadiene styrene copolymer grafted with maleic anhydride( SEBS-g-MAH) and hydrogenated C5 petroleum resin were obtained by melt-mixing method.The compatibility of blends was studied by differential scanning calorimeter( DSC),torque rheometer and transmission electron microscope( TEM). The mechanical properties of the blends were characterized by electronic universal testing machine. DSC showed that the blends had only two glass transition temperature( Tg). The blending melt steady-state torque was correlated parabolically with composition in systems. There was no crack of the phase interface in the TEM photographs. These results indicated that SEBS-g-MAH has good miscibility with hydrogenated C5 petroleum resin. With the increment of hydrogenated C5 petroleum resin,tensile strength and modulus elastomer declined,while elongation at break increased.
