摘  要:在分析铜冶炼污酸的主要来源、成分的基础上,综述铜冶炼污酸的处理技术现状以及存在的问题。铜冶炼污酸处理技术的发展趋势为:从污酸的达标排放向回收污酸中有价金属和稀酸的方向发展;从以污酸处理为重点向关注氟、氯的去除以及处理过程中废渣的减量化和无害化方向发展;从传统物理化学处理方法向对物理化学处理新技术、生物处理新技术、计算机辅助应用技术的开发和应用方向发展;从传统的投加石灰乳作中和剂向对环境无影响、无毒无害新型水处理药剂的开发和利用方向发展。Based on the analysis of the main source and composition of Smelting contaminated acid,reviewing the present situation and existing problems of the processing technology of copper smelting contaminated acid. The developing trend of processing technology of copper smelting contaminated acid as follows: From discharging smelting contaminated acid under standard to the valuable metal and dilute acid; From focusing on treatment smelting contaminated acid to pay attention to remove fluorine, chlorine and waste reduction and non-hazardous direction; From the traditional physical and chemical treatment method to development and application the physical and chemical treatment technology, biological treatment, application of new technology, the computer aided technology; From traditional additive lime milk as a neutralizer to development and utilization new type water treatment agent of no effect, non-toxic harmless to the environment.
