摘　　要：海岛保护规划是开展海岛保护与开发活动的重要依据。文章从基于生态系统的海岛保护规划的内涵、原则及关键性步骤等方面入手,探讨了基于生态系统的海岛保护规划的特殊性及要求,并对其实施的意义进行了分析;以辽宁省海岛保护规划的编制为例进行了应用研究,结果表明,旅游娱乐类、保留类、工业交通类、农林牧渔类可成为辽宁省海岛开发利用的主要类型。Island protectionplanning is the basis of island protection and development. The paper discuss the particularity and requirement of island protection planning based on ecosystemmanagement from its connotation,ecosystem principle,key steps and etc,also analysis the mechanization and meaning of island protection planning,and take Liaoning Islands Protection Planning as case study. The result shows that reserved islands,tourist and recreationislands,industry and transportationislands,agriculture,forest and aquaculture island could be the mainly classifications of Liaoning islands.
