大连新港7.16溢油事件的公众问卷调查

摘　　要：2010年7月16日中石油大连大孤山新港码头储油罐输油管线发生爆炸事故,部分石油泄漏入海。2010年7月30日,开展了公众问卷调查。结果显示,有96%的受访者了解此次的溢油事件,95%以上的公众有亲海愿望。受访者中总体认为溢油对生态环境"影响严重"的占57%;溢油后最关注的问题是"生态恢复"者占64%。认为养殖业、旅游业受到"影响严重"者分别达到54%和45%。金石滩、开发区城区、大连湾调查区域回答对养殖业"影响严重"的占80%以上。金石滩、大连湾区域回答对旅游业"影响严重"的占70%以上。旅顺龙王塘的问卷调查多项结果显示,基本没有受到溢油影响。对政府所采取的应急处理措施,公众基本满意度达到82%。An accidental explosion of storage tanks pipeline in Dalian Dagushan New port pier owned by China National petroleum corporation occurred in July 16,2010. Resulting in part of the oil in the tanks spill into the sea. We made a survey programme by asking common questions to the public. The survey gave us the data below： over 95% of the public shows care about the ocean environment; 57% of the public do think the accident has a severe effect to the ecological environment; 64% of the public showed great concern about the ecological restoration after the accident; 54%of the public the accident do effect the aquaculture industry and 45% think the accident do effect the tourism industry; over 80% of the public come from specific region（ ＂ Jinshitan,Kaifaqu,Dalianwan＂ ： these region are very close to where the accident occured） think the accident had a severe effect to the aquaculture industry and over 70% of the people in these region think the accident had a severe effect to the tourism industry; And the survey shows the region ＂lvshunlongwangtang＂ didn＇t effect by the accident; 82% of the public is satisfied with the fixing measures taken by the government.
