摘  要:研究了两种具有代表性的碳酸钙对PVC-U材料性能的影响。试验结果表明,两种碳酸钙用量少时,对PVC-U材料配方的塑化性能影响不大,但用量增大后对塑化性能影响明显;两种碳酸钙用量变化对PVC-U材料的耐热性影响较小,但对热稳定性、拉伸性能和抗冲性能影响较大,两种碳酸钙对PVC-U材料抗冲性能的影响差别较大。The paper studied effect of two representative kinds of Ca CO3 on properties of PVC- U material. The experiment results indicated that a little additive amount of the two kinds of Ca CO3 had slight effect on plasticizing of PVC- U material. But with increase of additive amount of the two kinds of Ca CO3,plasticizing property of PVC- U material was obviously changed. Heat stability,tensile and impact resistance properties of PVC- U material were changed greatly,but heat resistance of PVC- U material was changed slightly. Effects of the two kinds of Ca CO3 on impact resistance property of PVC- U material were different greatly.
