摘 要:本文从9F型燃气轮机控制系统在不同画面上显示的无功功率差异现象入手,分析了当某一机组运行在高功率因数时,自励磁装置和变送器采集的两路无功功率数据差异原因。这一偏差会影响运行人员对机组运行状况所做判断,甚至导致自动调节装置对全厂无功优化配置不均匀。文中就测量差异引申到微机型测量装置与传统测量装置的差异,论述了微机型测量装置的特点。对这种偏差存在的原因所作的分析具有重要现实意义。There is a case of 9F gas turbine that the reactive power showed different values on the different computer interface. This paper gets the reason why there are two export data form the excitation device and the transmitter acquisition,when the gas turbine unit is working at a high power factor. This problem will directly affect the operating personnel's judgment on the unit running state,even lead to the failure of the uniform allocation of reactive power automatic control device for the plant. This paper analyses the reason of reactive power difference between excitation device and transmitter. Aimed at the differences between the traditional measurement device and the type microcomputer unit,this paper extends to discuss the characteristics of type microcomputer measuring unit. The analysis for the reasons of this kind of deviation has important practical significance.
