摘　　要：黄花菜味道鲜美,营养价值高,越来越受到国内外广大消费者喜爱。衡阳市是全国最大的黄花菜生菜基地之一,目前一些困局阻扰了衡阳市黄花菜产业的发展。本文首先对黄花菜及其产业作了简单介绍,然后分析了目前衡阳市黄花菜产业面临的主要问题,最后,提出了加强黄花菜干燥基础研究、黄花菜加工规模化、健全黄花菜质量监控体系及改善黄花菜经营环境等策略。The day lily is delicious and with high nutritional value, and becoming more and more loved by domestic and foreign consumers. Hengyang is one of the biggest day lily production bases. However its day lily industry was affected for some reasons. First, day lily and its industry are introduced. And then the main problems of day lily industry in Hengyang are analyzed. At the last, some strategies for developing the day lily industry are proposed, such as reinforcing fundamental research about drying day lily, increasing the size of day lily processing, developing the day lily quality monitoring system, and improving the operating environment of the day lily.
