熔剂性球团的冶金性能分析

摘　　要：熔剂性球团具有还原度高、软化起始温度高、软熔区间窄、膨胀率低等优点。提高球团使用比例降低炼铁能耗并实现环保达标一直是炼铁工作者追求的目标。总结了宣化正朴铁业公司生产熔剂性球团的经验。结合理论知识分析了影响熔剂性球团冶金性能的各种因素,并提出生产熔剂性球团工艺过程中应注意的事项。The fluxing pellet has superiorities of high reductive degree,high softening starting temperature,narrowsoft melting zone,lowexpansibility. To increase pellet utilization rate,decrease energy consumption in iron making and reach the standard in environment protection are always the target of iron makers. The experience to produce fluxing pellet in our company is concluded. Based on the theoretical knowledge,the various factors to affect the metallurgical properties of fluxing pellet are analyzed,the keys being paid attention to in the process proposed.
