摘 要:针对引信电池电堆结构在高过载冲击环境下被破坏,易造成供电失效的问题,提出了销钉固定电堆的储备式锂电池。该电池通过两个在外壁直径方向安装的钢质定位销,将上下相互嵌套的电堆支撑腔体定位锁死,保护电堆处于形状、位置相对固定的腔体中,消除了外力对电堆的直接冲击,增强电池抗冲击能力。冲击及仿真试验表明,电池结构能承受超过10万g的过载冲击,采用定位销钉固定电堆的电池结构没有被破坏,电池作用不失效,电压平稳;但冲击过载继续增加,电池结构虽然完好,电压却出现了比较大的波动,说明要承受更大的过载冲击,仅固定电堆的结构稳定性,已经很难取得理想结果,稳定电解液与电堆的接触稳定性可能是解决问题的一个技术途径。Cell stack structure was liable to be destroyed in the high overload environment which could cause power supply failure of the cell,apin fixed cell stack reserve lithium cell was proposed in this paper.the nested cell stack supporting cavity body was locked by two steel positioning pins,which installed in the outer wall diameter direction,so that the cell stack was protected in the steady cavity body which eliminated the direct impact of external force to the cell stack and enhanced the impact resistance of the cell.The shock test and simulation result showed that the cell structure was able to bear 100,000 g overload impact.It seemed that the cell structure was not damaged under the protection of the positioning pin and the cell voltage was stable under 100,000 g.If the impact overload became higher,the cell structure although was steady but the voltage had a larger fluctuation,which meant that to improve the contact stability of electrolyte and cell stack might be the solution to the problem.
