摘　　要：One year has passed since the revised Law on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Consumers came into effect on March 15, 2014, the World Consumer Rights Day. Following the changes, consumers can return goods they are dissatisfied with and get an unconditional refund within seven days of purchase.
