摘 要:为明确施锌对不同筋力型小麦产量、氮素积累量及蛋白质含量的影响,选用强筋品种郑麦9023、中筋品种矮抗58和弱筋品种郑麦004,设置5个(0,5,10,20,40 mg·kg-1)锌肥水平进行盆栽试验。结果表明,施锌显著影响3种筋力型小麦的产量、氮积累量和子粒蛋白质含量。郑麦9023和矮抗58在锌质量分数为10 mg·kg-1时,产量、子粒蛋白质含量达到最大,郑麦004在锌质量分数为5 mg·kg-1时,产量达到最大,锌质量分数为10mg·kg-1时,子粒氮积累量和蛋白质含量达到最大。由此得出,施用锌肥能够提高不同筋力型小麦产量、氮积累量及蛋白质含量,且不同品质类型小麦对锌的需求量不一样。In order to define the role of zinc: on different varieties of winter wheat yield, nitrogen accu- mulation in each organ and grain protein content, taking cultivars Zhengmai 9023, Aikang 58 and Zhengmai 004 as materials, a pot experiment with 5 zinc levels (0, 5, 10, 20, 40 mg·kg^-1) were carried out. The results showed that zinc application could clearly affect the yield, nitrogen accumula- tion and grain protein content in the three wheat cultivars. Yield and grain protein content reached maximum at 10 mg·kg^-1 treatment in Zhengmai 9023 and Aikang 58, yield of Zhengmai 004 reached maximum at 5 mg·kg^-1 treatment, and protein content reached maximum at 10 mg mg·kg^-1 treatment. Based on the above results, zinc fertilizer application can improve yield, N accumulation and protein content in different cuhivars, and the demand for zinc is different in different wheats.
