摘  要:为了明确不同肥料配比对甜荞产量及品质的影响,本研究以甜荞品种综甜1号为试验材料,设置了不同的肥料处理,对其农艺性状、充实度、总淀粉含量、支链淀粉和直链淀粉含量、淀粉分支酶活性、产量等指标进行了研究。结果表明,当氮肥用量最高时,其总淀粉含量和直链淀粉含量均达最高;而当高磷肥处理时,淀粉含量普遍偏低,甜荞淀粉分支酶(Q酶)活性随着磷肥施用量的增加而增强,随磷肥施用量减少而降低。当氮磷钾3种无机肥含量比例均为中等(N2P2K2)时,甜荞的充实度和产量最佳。In order to clarify the effect of different fertilizer treatment on the yield and quality of com- mon buckwheat. This study was conducted to determine the effects of different fertilizer treatment on the agronomy character, recruitment, amylpectin and yield of Zongtian 1. The results showed that, when treated with high nitrogen fertilizer, the content of total starch and amylose reached the maxi- mum. The content of starch was lower, when treated with high phosphor fertilizer. But the activity of starch branching enzyme (Q enzyme) was directly affected by the fertilizer treatment of phosphor. Whereas, the common buckwheat starch branching enzyme (Q enzyme) activity increased with the in- creasing of the amount of fertilizer applied, and decreased with the reduction of fortilizer application. The recruitment and the yield of the common buckwheat reached the best, when treated with N2P2K2.
